12 x Antique 1920s Watson Mfg. Jamestown NY Copper Window Screens. Arch Salvage

Description

This is a lot of 12 original antique 1920s or 1930s patented window screens from a main line Philadelphia area house. They were made by the Watson Manufacturing company located in Jamestown New York. Patents from 1910, 1912 and 1917. A light sanding in areas shows that these are in fact made of copper. It looks like in their entirety.
I have never seen window screens with frames and screens made of copper
. These seem unusual. Some show signs of Verdi Gris where they were in contact with the elements outside. All have numbers stamped on them. Presumably from the job. The Watson Manufacturing company shows an incorporation date of 1932 but the house this came from was built in the late 1920s. It’s possible they were added a few years after the house was built and these are 1930s vintage. Please see images of actual screens. Local pick up is preferred but buyer arranged shipping is possible. Great pieces of architectural salvage. Approximate sizes and quantities as follows.

Shipping
Shipping is a quote of US shipping price. Shipping elsewhere will be higher. I will either ship FedEx ground or US postal service. If there is a potential conflict with either service, please let me know ASAP after item end. Fast payment means immediate shipment. I do my best to ship same or next day if payment is received immediately after item end. I try and keep shipping as low as possible while not sacrificing quality packaging or service. If you see a rate that seems unusually high, please ask me, as it may be a mistake. If I overcharge for shipping and the actual cost comes out to be significantly less than expected, I will issue you a shipping refund. Buyers must provide a valid address that the eBay system recognizes. We cannot ship items to an address recognized as invalid by the eBay system. Per ebay policy and PayPal policy, buyer address cannot be changed after purchase.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items received damaged must be reported within 48 hours. Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of label generation per eBay policy. I always do my best to describe an item honestly and accurately but if I've made a serious error I'll refund your purchase plus shipping both ways. Buyer pays all shipping fees on returns for other reasons. Items cannot be used and must remain in brand new condition with no signs of wear. all tags and packaging must be attached and intact where applicable. For items that include tamperproof labels or seals, seals must be intact for return acceptance.
