    An Antique Hand Crafted Bam Tush Weave Twined Pomo Native American Basketry Winnowing Tray Created from Gathered Native American Plants
    Circa 1890 – 1925
    15 1/2 inches in diameter x 5 1/2 inches deep
    Condition; Very Good; the rim has mild rim damage. This is typical of antique ethnographically used winnowing trays.
    Description; Made from natural gathered Native California plants, this tray is a beautiful example of sustainable native cultural use of found and gathered materials.
    The Pomo homeland is around Clear Lake, California and west through the Coastal Range.
