  • Condition: OH MY! An absolutely, STUNNING, salvaged church niche/stand/shelf/pedestal! Mounted on a flat wooden backing and floor support, this piece features an ornately carved or molded, rounded arch accent with carved leaves and vines in raised relief. The curved arch is dimensional and extends over the cherub face with halo. There are two ornately "marbled" metal columns with carved wood capitals of leaves. Not marked. VERY HEAVY! Very nice condition with some splits/chips in the wood. Combination wood and fiberglass. Painted in white with dark antique glaze in the recessed areas of the carved sections. Exceptionally beautiful. Would make a great display or plant stand. Simply gorgeous.
