A 4 page brochure and single page of stationery from Chez Maurice, the Enchanting  Penthouse Rendezvous atop the Santa Fe Building in  Dallas Texas. With photos of the interior and exterior of the club and famous stars who wnet there includign June Knight, Ginger Rogers, Robert Taylor and Phil Harris. In fine condition, circa 1930's-1940's. The club where in 1936  Duke Ellington became the first instance of a Black Band  getting an extended run at a White night club in Dallas.
