    Description

    Hand Crafted Pictorial Apache Coiled Olla Basket Made from Gathered Native Wild Native Plants, Willow & Devils Claw, on a Three Rod Foundation Featuring 15 Human Figure and eight Animal Figures
    Circa: 1890 - 1910
    11 1/2 inches high x 9 3/4 inches in maximum diameter
    Condition: Very Good: I found one damaged stitch at the rim, otherwise the basket seem intact albeit a little dusty.
    This is an excellent example of an antique pictorial Apache storage basket.
    The Apache Homeland is in South Eastern Arizona and South Western New Mexico.
