    Description

    Antique 19th century Spanish Colonial religious altar candelabra made of gilded wrought iron mounted on urn shaped bases made of wood and gesso. Each candelabra is adorned with a crimped bow at base, from which stem seven tiered arms adorned with flowers and leaves. Urns at base are adorned with bird shaped handles.
    Dimensions: Full Height 38 1/4". Urn Height 12 1/2" x Width 9 1/4" x Depth 6".
    Weight: 10.6 lbs.
    Condition: Good antique condition. Discoloration and oxidation to metal. Tarnish and losses to gilding. Remnants of applied ground pyrite or mica flakes to metal. One candelabra is missing a flower along the middle right portion. Chips, cracks, and breaks to urn with old repairs visible. Losses and discoloration to gilding on bases.
