    Description

    Native American Papago Indian Basket. Very attractive example that would made a nice addition to many collections. I had this listed as “Apache or Pima” but an eBay user corrected me that it was Papago which I have no reason to question. It is a little heavier than some I have and measures 11.5” across X 3 - 3 1/2 tall. The condition details to note are that the is some weave loss on the top rim and bottom, both of which can be seen in the pictures. On the top rim you can see where the main weave (I think that normally is woven back into the rim) is exposed (see pics).
