    He was found at the Vessels Ranch estate in Bonsall, Ca. About 4 years ago.
    Please search Frank "Scoop" Vessels. Ties to Los Alamitos, San Luis Rey Downs and Vessels Ranch.
    He is all original, some cracks in the paint.
    A few photos show where i have a magnet on him.
