A similar pair of architectural fragment bed rails are solid walnut, hand carved in France about 1890.
The original satiny finish is in very good condition on this antique pair, which have slightly different carvings.
Size is 78" long, 1 1/2" deep, one is 12" wide and one is 10" wide.
