Vintage Child Plate Warmer Divided Ceramic Children Dish Metal Bottom

This listing is for a vintage divided child's warmer dish.
This piece consists of a ceramic plate attached to a metal dish below.
The port where the warm water is to be added is missing a piece.  The cap is present but there is nothing to attach it to.  Otherwise the dish is in excellent condition.  The colors of the decoration are very bright.
The plate is about 7 inches in diameter.
